About the event

A sound bath is a form of deep meditation where participants are "bathed" in vibration.  This full-body experience occurs when the participant is lying down.  They receive vibrations, of different frequencies, from an array of healing instruments.  Some instruments are played in a stationary position, while other instruments are floated over and around the participant's body.  A sound bath is like having a cellular message.  When we combine vibration and a meditative state we can truly be present and allow healing to occur.
